In the market for BUYING a home?  As an Accredited Buyers Representative, I provide my Buyers with EXCEPTIONAL BUYER REPRESENTATION at no cost to you!  I can be reached 7 days a week, and often work 7 days a week.  The only way I can do this is because I love my work as a Realtor, and I love serving my clients!  The majority of my business comes from referrals of past clients, so I guess I must be doing something right!


Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Government from the University of Puget Sound, Certificate in Legal Assistant Studies from the University of San Diego, post-graduate studies at the University of Washington, and Real Estate Education at the Rockwell Institute. Advanced real estate education includes professional training as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).  I am also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to Sales Associates in the residential sales field.  Only 5% of all Realtors have earned the CRS. Having lived in both Seattle and the Eastside and given my years of experience working in the legal and medical arenas, the career move to become a Realtor was like coming home (no pun intended)!

Seller’s Representation:

Excellent communication with other agents and potential buyers is key to the successful sale of your home.  The marketing and sales strategies I utilize are streamlined and provide optimum results.  I have advanced training in home presentation and have earned the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation.  I am professionally trained to help “stage” your home to maximize its  attributes and minimize its shortcomings.  I educate my sellers throughout the process of selling their home and am fully involved to help insure a successful closing in the least-stressful and most-efficient manner possible.

Buyer’s Representation:

I have advanced training in Buyer representation and have earned my designation as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).  I am dedicated to finding the right home, at the right price and in the shortest amount of time possible.  Even if the home isn’t listed for sale, I’ll try to find it by contacting the homeowner to see if they are interested in selling.  Buying a home can be stressful, but I like to make it fun and educational as well.  I work diligently to research and review new properties, network with other agents regarding present and upcoming properties, and educate my Buyers to help them make informed decisions.
